How autonomous are the workers?
Very. Once you describe a role and share context, your worker takes initiative, scheduling tasks, sending follow-ups, flagging issues, and completing workflows without you having to prompt them every time.
What counts as one worker?
Each worker is a dedicated AI colleague with its own role, context, and memory. Think of it like hiring one person for one job, but it works 24/7 and costs a fraction of a human hire.
What tools do workers connect to?
Google Workspace, Outlook, Notion, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, and many more. Your workers take action directly in these tools rather than just answering questions.
Do I need technical expertise?
Not at all. Hiring a worker takes 60 seconds. You describe the role in plain language, and the worker is ready. No coding, no complex setup, no IT team required.
What happens when I reach my plan limit?
You'll get a notification when approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan anytime to add more workers or increase task capacity. Your existing workers keep running without interruption.
What's the difference between plans?
Plans differ by number of workers, task volume, and access to advanced features like custom integrations and priority support. All plans include the full autonomous capabilities. No features are locked behind enterprise tiers.
Will workers do things without asking?
No. Workers operate within boundaries you set. They prepare the work on their own, drafting emails, updating records, assembling reports, but anything with external impact waits for your sign-off. When something falls outside their scope, they escalate to you instead of guessing.
How much does Spinnable cost?
Plans start at $50 per month for one worker. Standard is $149 and Premium is $399, with more workers, messages, and recurring tasks at each tier. Enterprise adds per-user discounts and custom limits. Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial.
How does the free trial work?
You get 15 days free on any plan, with no credit card required to start. Hire a worker, connect your tools, and put it on real work. Cancel anytime during the trial and you pay nothing.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Our Data Processing Agreement contractually prohibits Spinnable and every subprocessor, including AI model providers, from training models on your data, and our AI subprocessors operate under zero-data-retention terms.
How is our data protected?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with encrypted backups and EU-hosted redundancy. Tools connect through OAuth, so credentials are never exposed. We operate under a GDPR-ready DPA with Standard Contractual Clauses, and you can review everything in our Trust Center.
What can't AI workers do?
Plenty. A worker can't reach a tool you haven't connected or context you haven't shared, and it won't take actions with external consequences without your approval. When it's unsure, it asks instead of improvising.
